WOW! Once again the Team at Royal LePage Niagara has gone Above and Beyond!
Royal LePage Niagara is thrilled to donate 150 – filled to the brim – hampers to local mothers & children to assist them with rebuilding their lives. This is the second year that Royal LePage Niagara has run the Hampers of Hope charity event. We have experienced a great response not only from within our company, but also from some of our business partners, and customers, who have happily helped make this an amazing event! It was very touching when a recipient mother from last year, called and asked where she could pick up a hamper to fill and give back. Participants put a lot of thought and effort into choosing a theme for their basket and picking out items. Brenda Walker, a sales representative from the Royal LePage Niagara Smithville office, has been the driving force behind Hampers of Hope, with the full support of the Royal LePage Niagara Management team. Staff and agents from Royal LePage Niagara offices throughout the region have all participated by filling baskets and donating money. At our basket collection on May 22nd, we hosted a BBQ and 50/50 draw and collected another $ 1055.00 in cash (still trickling in). We presented three local Women’s Shelters with checks totalling $31,337.50 collected from our agents who have donated a portion from their commission checks. We are a very giving bunch at Royal LePage Niagara.
